The Harmony Program

A group coaching program for people looking for hormonal balance, increased energy, and a healed relationship with food. This program is designed to heal the mind, body, + spirit.

 

So, what are the details?

The four week program will include four 1-hour weekly live coaching sessions*, live yoga classes*, interactive activities to deepen your knowledge in our private Facebook group, support from two Registered Dietitians, and weekly check ins. Option to add 1:1 support at additional cost.

  • We can’t access deeper parts of your health journey without laying down the foundation. We’ll start with practical solutions for reducing stress, getting better sleep, and understanding your cycle. This week will include a live Q+A style lecture about cortisol, sleep, and cycle tracking alongside mediation and yin yoga practice. You will learn how to calm your cortisol response with lifestyle changes and nutrition practices through the lens of holistic health.

  • The connection between mind and body is key in healing our relationship with food. In this week, we will learn about hunger/fullness cues, mindful eating, how to gain more satisfaction out of what we eat, emotional eating strategies, and much more! Some of this week’s offerings include group mindful eating activities, meditation strategies to bring awareness to the body, and interactive handouts to deepen our experience.

  • Find yourself constantly sleepy or reaching for that caffeine boost? Let’s talk all things energy! We’ll dive into how you can incorporate daily practices + structure meals to kick fatigue and gain more energy. Blood sugar balance, practical hunger, and how to eat for energy are just a few of the topics we’ll cover in week three.

  • Your gut has sooo much influence on your hormones + intuitive eating habits! In our final week, we’ll bring all the tools you’ve learned thus far into culmination to discuss the microbiome, digestion, and how to support gut health. Just a hint, we are going to go FAR beyond just taking a probiotic at random and calling it a day.

Meet your Registered Dietitians

Emily Rae, RDN, E-RYT 200

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor local to Portland, Oregon. She helps her nutrition clients with evidence-based nutrition, specializing in plant-based nutrition and intuitive eating techniques. Her yoga experience brings a holistic view to wellness and informs her nutrition practice as well. Emily focuses on helping her nutrition clients create sustainable, healthy, and happy habits while enjoying their life to the fullest! You can follow Emily on Instagram @emilyraewellness

Vanessa Schiffelbine, RDN, CLS

Vanessa Schiffelbine is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist currently living in Saint Clair, Michigan. Vanessa is the owner of Nutrition for Gals where she provides virtual one-on-one nutrition counseling for people who menstruate suffering from fatigue, burnout, brain fog, PMS, low libido, painful periods and acne. Vanessa is also a co-host of the podcast Wellness Myths. Outside of work, you can find Vanessa cooking, enjoying the outdoors, running, playing tennis, hiking, skiing, cycling or spending time with friends and family.
