About Me

My name is Vanessa Schiffelbine and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and yoga teacher. Like many of you I struggled with PMS for years. Mostly in the form of mood swings which, unfortunately, my husband took the brunt of. One day, we were playing tennis and I was laughing, crying, and screaming mad all in the same point (Yikes!) After the tennis match concluded, I was driving along in my car and felt so sad I briefly thought about swerving my car into the ditch. This was my “come to Jesus,” moment, if you will. This is when I realized I needed to do something to correct these mood swings once and for all. So, I dove in to the research and I was fascinated. I learned that this PMS thing that has been normalized, actually wasn’t normal at all. I learned about how we can use our cycle and PMS symptoms to identify other things happening in the body and I decided I needed to use this knowledge to help other women. So here I am, ready to help you feel your best and kick those nasty PMS symptoms to the curb and then give them another kick straight to Jupiter. Every woman truly deserves a pain-free period.

On a personal level, I live in Michigan with my husband and sweet, but wild pup. Some would call me a ball of energy or a busy body. I prefer to say that I like to have fun! I love cooking, being in nature, playing tennis (without crying), skiing, hiking, and generally just getting out and moving my body.
